During a session, Erika Apellaniz® facilitates a space of connection and listening to share information, sensations, emotions, messages, or perceptions related to the animal companion, according to the information available and the moment the family and the animal are living.
The purchaser acknowledges that:
- Animal Communication is not an exact science.
- It does not guarantee specific results.
- It does not replace diagnoses, treatments, tests, veterinary, ethological, or medical consultations.
- It should not be used as the sole basis for making urgent or critical decisions.
- The interpretation and application of the information received during the session is the responsibility of the purchaser.

6. Lost Animals
In the case of sessions related to lost animals, My Animal Bond® may offer support through intuitive communication aimed at receiving information about the animal’s emotional state, possible sensations, perceived surroundings, needs, or messages that may bring comfort and clarity to their family.
However, the purchaser understands and accepts that:
- The physical location of the animal is not guaranteed.

- This does not replace physical searching, sharing posts, reports, visits to shelters, contact with neighbors, veterinary clinics, authorities, rescuers, or any other necessary action.
- The information received during the session should be considered intuitive and emotional support, not evidence, proof, or objective certainty.
- The family remains responsible for carrying out all practical actions necessary to search for the animal.
7. Animals in Spirit and Grief Support
Sessions with animals in spirit are intended to provide a loving space of connection, listening, messages, and spiritual support with an animal who has physically passed.
These sessions can be deeply meaningful for some people, but they do not replace psychological therapy, grief counseling, thanatology, psychiatric care, grief support groups, or any other professional support the person may need.
The purchaser acknowledges that every grief process is unique and that the messages received during a session should not be used as a substitute for specialized emotional care when there is intense suffering, crisis, depression, severe anxiety, or risk to personal safety.
8. Animals Going Through Illness, Aging, or Transition
Sessions for animals going through illness, aging, physical vulnerability, or transition are intended to emotionally, intuitively, and spiritually support the family and the animal.
This support may help explore needs, emotions, preferences, messages, or aspects of the bond, but it does not replace veterinary care and should not be used to diagnose, medicate, suspend treatments, decide on euthanasia, or make medical decisions without professional guidance.
Any decision related to treatments, procedures, medication, hospitalization, euthanasia, pain management, or palliative care must be discussed with a trusted veterinarian.
9. Animal Energy Healing
Animal Energy Healing is offered as complementary, spiritual, and energetic support.
This service does not diagnose illnesses, does not promise healing, does not replace veterinary, medical, ethological, or therapeutic treatments, and does not guarantee specific results.
The purchaser accepts that Animal Energy Healing should be considered a complementary wellbeing and support tool, not a medical or veterinary treatment.

The purchaser is responsible for having an internet connection, a suitable device, access to the platform, correct contact information, and a quiet space to attend the session.
In-person sessions, when available, are held only at the locations, days, times, and conditions indicated on the website or previously agreed upon.
For sensitive, ill, senior, vulnerable animals, or animals who may experience stress from travel, My Animal Bond® may recommend the online format as a more caring option for their wellbeing.
13. Information Needed Before the Session
To prepare an Animal Communication session, information such as photographs, the animal’s name, approximate age, species, family context, human and animal household members, questions, date of passing in the case of animals in spirit, or relevant information according to the type of session may be requested.
The purchaser agrees to provide truthful, clear, and sufficient information.
If the necessary information is not sent in advance, is incomplete, is sent late, or if the purchaser does not attend the session, My Animal Bond® may carry out the session with the information available, reschedule it if possible, or apply the corresponding policies depending on the case.
14. Payments, Prices, and Taxes
Prices for sessions, courses, workshops, products, resources, or services are displayed on the website, booking platforms, online store, informational messages, or corresponding channels.
Prices may be expressed in Mexican pesos or another currency, depending on the platform or service.
Prices may change without prior notice; however, the price confirmed at the time of a correctly completed purchase or booking will be honored, except in cases of obvious error, technical failure, or exceptional circumstances.
When applicable, prices may include taxes. If an invoice is required, the purchaser must request it and provide complete tax information within the corresponding period.
